Job title: People and Culture Manager

We operate Baan Pla Dao School, Starfish Academy, Starfish Labz and Starfish Class in Thailand.
Reporting to the CEO, the People and Culture Manager leads and manages the continued development of organisational culture, staff engagement strategies, and day-to-day operations.
You will be a go-to person for all employees. You will work with the management team to implement guidelines and initiatives to ensure a healthy, happy and learning organisation with our embedded values and cultures.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

Lead and manage human resources management functions, including recruitment, professional development, performance management, compensation and benefits administration and policy management.

Design and lead inspiring learning and engagement activities that champion a high-performance team culture that supports Starfish Education's mission.

Lead and manage wellbeing programmes to ensure staffs' health and wellbeing.
Requirements:

A bachelor's and Master's degree in a related field
-
Experienced in a mid-senior HR-related role across all HRM and HRD functions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Compassionate with counselling and negotiation skills at all levels

A passionate learner with a growth mindset

Team player, problem solver and comfortable with change

Comfortable with technology for day-to-day work
